Alright, I've gone and made a few fixes to this level to make it playable, and possible to reach both exits normally. And I've TAS-ed both exits, starting with the secret exit. (Note: I didn't bother going out of my way for Yoshi coins this time.)

So, first of all, I replaced the non-solid floor near the end of the main room with solid floor, and that allowed the secret exit room to be reachable normally (however, you have to be fiery to enter the pipe with the fire flower mark on it, which is the only reason why I bothered powering up at all here).

However, the pipe just underneath the pipe that originally drops the player on the faulty floor was apparently also supposed to function, but it wasn't, so I replaced one of the tiles making up that pipe to allow it to be exit-enabled, which led to a vertical area that wasn't shown in raocow's or OptimisedGaming's videos. This area eventually ends with a goal sphere, which would be the normal exit. However, the last SMB3-style pipe I enter before reaching the goal sphere (the yellow one I enter horizontally at about 2:18) was initially glitched as well, causing Mario to freeze in place when I attempted to enter it. I switched some tiles there around and was able to make it work properly.

I did notice a couple other things about the vertical area: The orange pipe just to my right as soon as I enter has an obvious gap in it, and there are cheep-cheeps later on that are flopping around in water (and showing vine graphics in some of their frames of animation), which must mean sprite buoyancy wasn't enabled there. However, those things didn't prevent me from completing the level, so I left them alone.

So, yeah. This level was actually pretty good, aside from those issues. I wonder how well it would've placed in MaGL2 if the level was simply tested ahead of time, which would've certainly revealed these obvious issues... (Apparently this level would've ranked 30th instead of 34th.)
