So on Jan 1st, Kali and I sat down to stream. I was shiny hunting Azelf in Brilliant Diamond, Kali was doing more of the Sword Badge Quest that we'd both been kind of ignoring. Along the way, we started talking about plans for a potential new series- a Soul Link Nuzlocke- and that ended up leading to a conversation about the level curve in this game. From there... well, the rest of it devolved into a rant about the design in Sword and Shield, the way the League worked, the plot of the game, the plot and League of BDSP, and then a long path through the rest of the games.

We ended up adding an extra hour to the stream, and felt that honestly it was a good enough ramble essay to need to be recorded and posted here for the future.

Oh, and Kali got a shiny Hoothoot at the end. That was neat.
