Dark matter is an unidentified type of matter that makes up approximately 27% of the mass and energy in the observable universe. It is not accounted for by dark energy, ordinary matter or neutrinos. Dark Matter does not emit or interact with electromagnetic radiation, such as light, and is invisible to the entire electromagnetic spectrum. The existence of Dark Matter is inferred from its gravitational effects, such as the motion of visible matter, gravitational lensing, its influence on the universe's large-scale structure, and its effects on the cosmic microwave background.
This long-form minimal ambient piece takes inspiration from this hidden and subliminal phenomenon and is thus mastered to be played at low volume.
