Happy Valentine's Day! xD
Contrary to what this song may suggest I'm feeling a lot better now. I've accepted the situation. Now all that's left is to deal with the memories of the relationship. It's really hard. It's like trying to walk through a dark room yet all these images just randomly flash by in my head and seeing them brings back some pain and memories. So the best I can do is keep my mind thinking about other things, constantly doing other things, talking to people...lots of people, and trying to put some newness to my life. It's basically like trying to find new things to latch onto so the grip of the old ones loosen their hold on me.
As for why I'm singing this song. It was sort of my buddy throughout this whole experience. I listened to it, I sang it, it just helped me accept the feelings I'm feeling so I can better move past them. Wish I had singing talent/song writing talent. Then I could transform these feelings into something more life-changing lol. But yes I did the best I could. I really suck at the high notes especially at the end. Wish I could reach them. Maybe I'll take a singing class or something. It'll be my something new. And hey I never actually had singing training before and people say I'm a good singer so maybe I really can change my life if given the right amount of effort.
