Contrary to what some people believe, the Japanese version of Sonic 3 & Knuckles is no different to the USA and EU versions. It does not contain the music that was used in the PC port. This video shows that all sound-related things are identical. Tails is used to show this because his name appears as "Miles" in the Japanese version, so you can't say I just edited the video with the other track.
