A well documented bug from Sonic 3 where if you leave the file select menu open for 47 minutes the volume of channel 4 goes bananas. What I noticed while making this though is that the volume of channel 4 is constantly decreasing and when the bells do come back, the marimbas do not. Thought it was interesting enough for a small video and oscilloscope view.
