This alternate speedrun is the only one I have seen that goes the bottom route and collects the speed boots. I have been doing this method since day 1 and have only added the rolling jump technique to the start and end of the run (as I never knew about that until later). I know its not the fastest speedrun but its a fun route and I didn't want to copy the others.

This speedrun was done on the Xbox 360 after the leaderboards were wiped to get rid of the hackers (who swiftly returned. Genius solution, Sega!).
