1. Download Zarchiever from the Play store

2. Download the file

3. Open Zarchiever and head to the downloads folder

4. Click on the zipped file and extract it (Extract here)

5. Once extracted, long click on the extracted file and copy or cut it to Device memory/ Android/data/com.sega.sonic4ep1/files and finally paste the file

6. After pasting the file, close all apps including Sonic 4 episode I

7. Open Sonic 4 episode I and continue.

And POW! all chaos emeralds.
This is a very easy cheat that you can do.
