Here's something I should've done a video for a while ago...

Character Select mod by MainMemory.
Physics Swap mod by MainMemory.

IMPORTANT! You may not be able to complete every stage as 2-player characters with their default physics sets. To fix this, follow the instructions below to switch their physics sets to their 1-player counterparts'.

INSTRUCTIONS:
---
1) Install the Character Select and Physics Swap mods to your game's "mods" folder.
2) Enable Character Select in the mod loader program. Then, select it and click "Configure".
3) In the drop-down boxes, switch the 1-player characters (Sonic, Shadow, etc.) to their 2-player counterparts (Amy, Metal Sonic, etc.)
4) Enable Physics Swap in the mod loader and click "Configure" when it's selected.
5) In the drop-down boxes, switch the 2-player characters' physics sets to their 1-player counterparts' (so that Amy has Sonic's, Metal Sonic has Shadow's, etc.)
4) Save your settings and begin playing the game. The 2-player characters should automatically load instead of their 1-player counterparts!
