This part is not necessary, but I put it up to show you how easy I did the B and A levels of Windy Valley. B - Collect 50 rings and destroy E-103 Delta (δ). A - Destroy E-103 Delta (δ) with more than 150 seconds remaining.
NOTE: B and A levels of the Windy Valley are only unlocked when E-104 Epsilon (ε) is destroyed in Red Mountain on Angel Island.
