Sonic: After The Sequel '23 is a fan game reimagined by Ainand. It aims to recreate the original Sonic After The Sequel with improved controls, revamped level design as well smoother sprites. As it stands right now, it's only an alpha demo that features 2 acts, being Horizon Heights Acts 2 and 3 which is looking really good so far.

Few additional notes when trying this out is that there is an option to turn on/off V Sync (Ctrl+V), having the screen on Window (Ctrl+1) or Fullscreen (Ctrl+2), and lastly a hidden code which uses Sonic 1's Japanese level select code. If getting correctly you then get a ring sound which allows you to play as Tails!
