Sonic Triple Trouble 16-Bit is a fangame developed by Noah N. Copeland, reimagining Sonic the Hedgehog: Triple Trouble for the Game Gear as a 16-bit title produced as a successor to Sonic the Hedgehog 3 & Knuckles on the Sega Genesis.

Set after the events of Sonic the Hedgehog 3 & Knuckles, this fangame expands the existing Zones, as well as reinvents boss encounters and reincorporates elements from across the franchise's other 16-bit and 8-bit titles, as well as featuring brand-new remixes by Copeland and a number of other chiptune artists.
