Sonic CD part 3
5Welcome to the final part of Sonic CD.
This time we go through Eggman's robot factory: the Wacky Workbench which Sonic needs to get through without going to high into the workbench since this place is very tall and the exit is on the ground floor.
After this we go through the Stardust Speedway where Eggman has set up an obstacle course to test Sonic's speed against his metallic counterpart Metal Sonic, after Sonic beats his robotic double he finds Amy Rose tied to a pole beyond the finish line so Sonic unties her before he sets of after Eggman to get to his base: the Metallic Madness Zone.
The Metallic Madness Zone is Eggman's base of operations while he is on the Little Planet and thus it is filled with the doctor's most dangerous badniks and traps to give Sonic as hard of a time as possible.
When Sonic gets through the Metallic Madness and gets to Dr. Robotnik's throne room Eggman is waiting for our blue hero with his Final Fever machine.
The Final Fever is a robot consisting of 4 equally sized arms attached to the Egg Mobile which are dangerous to touch for our blue hero but with each hit on the Egg Mobile Sonic can destroy one of its arms and when all four are destroyed the Final Fever blows up taking the entirety of Metallic Madness with it.
Right before the base blows up Amy shows up in the throne room and Sonic as the hero he is takes Amy and flees from Metallic Madness to take her to the safety of Never Lake, after the two of them land safely on the ground Sonic takes of to see how Little Planet is doing which because Sonic collected the Time Stones and freed it from Eggman's influences the Little Planet is freed from its chains and it disappears for another year.
