During this session, I played the 1992 Prototype of Sonic CD that is believed to be the playable version from the Yuusei Sega World event.

I discovered some interesting differences in the level design, User interface and OST. The first three levels have complete states although Tidal Tempest was more complicated to navigate. Super Rings were not yet usable and some of the past zones would crash the game entirely.

Also I keep saying beta in this playthrough but i'm 90% sure this is a prototype.
