Welcome to Sonic CD! As with the other Sonic games I'm playing, I took a brief streaming vacation to attend Sonic Symphony, and came back raring to play some of my childhood favorites. (Yeah, I'm that old. Age is a number, not a personality trait. And get off my lawn.) The Sega CD in my youth saw just as much, if not more, action than my Genesis did, and the CD version of Sonic was an ever faithful and frustrating friend in between some fantastic RPGs that changed my life. Come for the awkward time travel mechanics, stay for the lit soundtrack!
