Welcome back to Sonic CD! After losing the race with Metal Sonic last session, I was eager to face him down again and make him pay for his hubris! Unfortunately, my save state didn't quite behave as expected, so we had to use the game's default continue system to start back at the beginning of Stardust Speedway. Prepare yourselves for a lot of flailing, because while Metal Sonic choked on his own exhaust nice and easy... navigating the twists and turns of the final zone is a maze of epic proportions. Who knew Sonic CD had an upper time limit per level of 10 minutes? Not me, friends.
