UPDATE: OpenGL is the Software/CPU Backend encoder so if you have a GPU, switch to DirectX 11 and set it to your main GPU if you want the normal speed, also, if you have Reshade settings in OpenGL, deleted the dolphin emulator and redownload it, when you open the Reshade app, hit DIRECTX 11.

also, just enable MagicHDR and Unsharp, and in the Reshade Settings.
