Sonic Fan Game Playthrough: Sonic Dimensions
2Welcome back to another Sonic Fan Game Playthrough.
This time we play through Sonic Dimensions a 2D rush styled Sonic game with 2 playable characters in Sonic the Hedgehog and Shadow the Hedgehog.
Both these characters have a move set that best represents the character so this means that Sonic has a double jump like he has in Colours and Forces but Shadow has a air dash which he can repeatedly use like he is teleporting using Chaos Control.
Besides this they can both do the homing attack, spin-dash, and (after jumping on a spring) do mid-air tricks in the four main directions.

This project has been discontinued since it was never my intention to create a full game. This was more so just something I made as a pastime.
Sonic Dimensions includes an Xbox 360 Controller Option (You can switch control schemes in the Main Menu). Full Control details are listed below.

RELEVANT CHANGES
Gameplay
Further improved physics;
You can now Boost after a Homing Attack;
You can also Stomp or Homing Attack after using an Air Boost;
Shadow's moves have been adjusted;
Shadow can gain air when using now Air Boost in mid Air Dash;
Shadow's Stomp now is instant;
Visuals
Boost Blast effect now fits the Character's color;
Both Characters have been given cooler animations for better flow;
Some Zones have been renamed;
The Hub World environments are more dynamic and
Stages
Brand New Stages!
Replacing Digital Track is now Misty Ruin - a new, original Zone;
The Hub World has also been updated to reflect this change;
A Secret Super-Hard Stage has been added to the Stage Select Menu! To unlock it, you must have cleared all 7 Main Stages;
Act 2 Stages have been added but only one is completed - you can play all the way through Starlight Speedway Act 2;
Inside the other unfinished Act 2 Stages, you can press Ctrl on the Keyboard or Back on Xbox Controller to activate Debug Mode. Keep in mind, Times, Scores, Rings and such will not be saved, so no cheating. The only Rank you're ever gonna get is a D! ...for Debug!
New Additions
Each Stage now contains 2 Special Keys you can find. If you collect one, you can play a Bonus Game, after completing the Stage, to earn Extra Rings, Lives and Shields;
You can now buy Skills from Tails, in the Hub World, with the Rings collected and equip them to 1 of 4 different Skill Sets to customize your playstyle;
Misc
General performance improvements and stuff;
Though some of the Achievement conditions have been altered, if you've already unlocked them in a previous version, they won't be lost. Probably... :)
A couple different Stages also have some hidden easter eggs here and way up there;
In any case, if you're going to transfer your old save file, definitely keep a backup, be safe;
