There is NO PENALTY to using any of the game breaking strats or blazing past THAT one Cyber Space Stage like it's Sonic Lost World by Spin Dashing the whole shebang. (And yes, the Spin Dash is still as busted as it was in that game when speedrunning levels where Sonic isn't automatically moving forward or is dependent on a Gimmick.)
