Just a video I'm uploading to try out my capture card. I haven't been that active with it at the moment but I hope to change that soon.

On a more serious note I'm sure a lot of you have heard the news about Edd Gould. He died of cancer after struggling with it for 6 years quite recently. He was such a happy guy in almost every video he did, it was like being a fan and being a friend were no different to him. Plus his dedication to his fans was nothing short of inspiring. His death was just so unexpected. I can't stop thinking about it sometimes and everytime my mind comes back to it I just feel so sad about it. I'm losing my cheerful edge.

It doesn't help that Alvin Earthworm just up and scrapped his sprite series called Super Mario Bros Z. It was a Sonic/Mario crossover with heavy DBZ themes. I loved his episodes not only for the epic battles and good drama, but also (mainly) for the story. The writing, the drama, the character development, I mean we were seeing the characters of Sonic and Mario in a much darker and personal light than Nintendo or SEGA have ever dared to take them, and AE still managed to accurately portray them. After two and a half years of making his fans wait for the next episode, he just decides not to bother finishing it and move on.

It just feels so irresponsible that he would just leave his series the way he's done. I feel like I've been betrayed, I was such a big fan. There was no conclusion, no ending not even a real continuation. After seeing such a good and exciting story left in the dust right in the heat of it... I just can't respect someone who can't finish what he started for any reason other than laziness or lack of interest. You start something, you finish it. If not for your sake at least for your loyal patient fans who waited over two years on your behalf. Did I mention that? It's unjust and I'm nothing short of disgusted.

One internet legend who just abandoned his works and left a large fanbase behind.
Another internet legend who did everything for his fans, dedicating himself to pleasing them but falls victim to an untimely tragic death.
ACTA is still moving.
2012 may not be the end of the world, but from here it looks like the end of the internet.

Oh yeah.
Enjoy the video.
