Take Rooftop Run, cut the stages length in half, rip sequences apart, shuffle the order around a bit and change the game's HUD and you have Rooftop Run Act 2.

And even then, it's still one of my favorite stages to dick around in.

It seems that Modern Sonic's destructive tendencies are on hold for most of this level. Rather than smashing windows or destroying monuments, all of his pent-up destructive power is locked solely on Eggman's creations. He's probably swept up in whatever celebration that they're having, what with all of the balloons and confetti flying around the stage. I guess it's hard to feel like breaking stuff when everybody around you is so happy.

If you've played Sonic Unleashed on the Xbox 360 or PS3, you'll be right at home with the Generations take of the level. Unfortunately, it's around here where "Nostalgia", an element that was driving the game forward is beginning to dwindle out. Sonic Unleashed is roughly 3 years old, so there isn't much of a "wow-factor" at work here. Even still, the level is very colorful and exciting to run through.
