This is one of the faults of Riders' PC Port. In this part if this cutscene at: 1:45 Knuckles' eyes are supposed to be spinning really fast but in this version the animation is straight up broken for some reason. Though it is kinda funny regardless.

This level introduces the formation type shortcut system that brought over the speed, flight and power character gameplay from Sonic Heroes and I think it works in this game. Although one shortcut is really hard to get to and I never got to once. Also I suck at this stage.
