This is most of the E3 2008 footage of Sonic Unleashed presented by GameSpot in the highest quality available.
Since no one has uploaded it in such quality yet (not even GameSpot, lol) I thought that I'll be the one who does so as I'm quite interested in beta stuff such as this anyway.
So much that I've also listed all the differences between the version you see here and between the final release.

I also edited out most of the interview to focus on the gameplay itself, if you want to see the original interview from beginning to end, here it is:
http://www.gamespot.com/videos/sonic-unleashed-e3-2008-stage-show-demo/2300-6194260/

Differences between This version and the Final one:

-Different HUD, Music, Menus, Slightly different models of both "Hogs"
-Werehog doesn't have English voices recorded yet, but he seems to speak in Japanese occasionally while Sonic uses his English '06 voices which are just tossed there as placeholders
-The menu uses '06 sounds as well, (probably) E3 exclusive loading screens which can be found in the game's files anyway among with the menu textures :D
-The stages' prototype names are still presented (Mykonos - Apotos, China - Chun-Nan, EU - Spagonia)
-The lack of scripted events such as scripted loops which results in some awkward moments
-The overall lack of the "10 Ring Item" (wasn't developed yet I guess), also different Ring model
-Serious framerate issues occasionally
-Slightly faster Werehog gameplay (can be noticed if you check the velocity of his attacks) with a seemingly closer "default" camera
-Unpolished physics, also seemingly more detailed ragdoll animations for the beaten enemies
-Different enemy placement (naturally)
-The 1-UP item is a capsule, much like in the PS2/Wii version of the game
-GIA is different in it's entirety (overall earlier version I assume)

Mentioned in the video:
- Shadow's and Knuckles' presence in the storyline - No wonder why the finished version's story feels empty, they probably had an important role in it.
- "Online Components" - If you look at the other trailers you will notice that they were including gameplay from level areas which are not accessible
in the final version (by normal means anyway), only with the additional DLC content. Also the overall state of the level geometry suggests that those areas
were planned to be part of the entire Night stage, but they were cut and seemingly the entirely "Adventure Pack" idea was a last minute change. With that said
it is possible that the aforementioned "Online Components" were something else as the Achievement/Trophy support was confirmed separately...we already
know that '06 was planned to have a more detailed Multiplayer component such as 4 Player Battle Mode, so the Possibilities and Endless.
