Sonoj Convention - an event for opensource musicians
I engage in a video hangout with Nils Hilbricht and Louigi Verona, talking about an upcoming Sonoj Convention.
It's going to be a 2-day event that'll take place in Cologne, Germany between 4th and 5th of November 2017.
As opposed to Linux Audio Conference - Sonoj Convention is mainly focused on artists, that is - the users of the software, not the developers.
I've messaged with Nils a few days before we arranged this video chat and I have already booked my flight to be there.
In this video you can experience the first time I had an actual (non text-only) conversation with these people over Google Hangouts.
We didn't plan to make this a vlog entry, and you can see how it all emerged from a private conversation to a public announcement.
We hope this video will spark your interest in coming over and helping us make Sonoj Convention an inspiring, and empowering event for all opensource musicians out there.
Expect more and better videos like this one :)
