SONY ENDS SUPPORT FOR X ON PS4/PS5
69PS5 TO END SUPPORT FOR TWITTER
Hello everyone, Sony has announced that they are making an important changes to playstation communities on consoles and ending the twitter integration, or should we say the X integration, on playstation consoles next week from the November 13th.
Ending the support means that players will no longer be able to view content posted on the platform or even publish to the platform moving forward.
As of November 13, integration with X (formerly known as Twitter) will no longer function on PlayStation 5 and PlayStation 4 consoles. This includes the ability to view any content published on X on PS5 and PS4, ability to post and view content, trophies, and other gameplay related activities on X directly from PS5 and PS4, and the ability to link an X account to do so.
