Sony has patented an "advertisement scheme for use with interactive content" - a concept that would allow ads to disrupt your game. Also, 38 studios has shut down, SEGA announced that Jet Set Radio is coming to the PS Vita, and Planetside 2 uploaded a video showing off air combat.
