Sorcerer skill: warm breeze now only heals members in your party instead of all guildmate that are inside it's aoe. Im not sure if it was supposed to be like this as I feel like it does heal everyone inside it's aoe before as long as it's a guildmate or a member of the same party.
On this video, you can see that my guildmates Blaire Yuwee and Valetha does not receive the warm breeze heal but my guildmate Dogg does. Dogg is a part of my party while Valetha and Blaire Yuwee aren't.
Does it also work like this with yours? Has it always been like this? Did I miss anything? Comment down below.

Apparently, the Protection Wind S rune with an active 3rd line is whats causing this (thanks u/GuildMuse from reddit for spotting it).
