I got sidetracked for a while trying to locate the last monster's lair which was later discovered to be accessible only after the mushroom's dream.
Dragoon:
This is worst developed town in this world. No Medical Herb refresher, no Soul to join you, dull looking citizens, and the dim lit environment really suggests that the entire place is just too unfinished. Yes, I know that this is the one place where Phoenix is summoned, but that's no excuse to degrade the entire mountain region of more color and detail. This place really sucks.
