There is the Error walls ( or rather cubes) that appear, this also was in the maps when i mounted CS:S and Day of defeat to Global Offensive. I have never seen these error walls appear in anything but Global Offensive.

i tried escape_02, it crashes the game, the other two escape maps just spawn the spectate camera somewhere wayyyyy out of bounds.
