Heavy rain has lead to stagnant water and a large outbreak of mosquitos in South Texas. In a paradoxical move, the city of Corpus Christi has halted all fumigation. They will only fumigate if Zika virus is fond in one of the several random test locations. Residents have had to turn to fumigating the pest themselves. Stay tuned for more breaking news
