With Splatoon 3 likely wrapping up updates and having its final new splatfest, the Grand Festival, this September, I’ve wondered what future Splatoon games will be like. The franchise could continue the path the first 3 Splatoon games started and be an even bigger multiplayer shooter. It could have even more modes with more than 8 players and even more movement mechanics that the player can use. There’s also the possibility that they could go the spin-off route between Splatoon 3 and Splatoon 4. One thing is for certain and that is there’s still plenty of potential for the series that we’d all love to see them tap into. What would you like the next Splatoon game to be like?
