Space Crusade Mission Dreadnought Expansion Storage - Custom Foamcore Board Game Insert
Always Board Never Boring has been asked a few times about how he is storing his copy of the Mission Dreadnought expansion for Space Crusade. In this video, he briefly talks through his homemade foamcore insert and how he uses it to keep all of the new miniatures and game components safe.
Here are some rough measurements for anybody interested (working with 3mm foamcore):
External dimensions:
304mm x 220mm x 60mm
Internal dimensions:
84mm x 75mm - android compartment
(Use 3 sections of foamcore to create triangles for lower compartment)
84mm x 55mm - dreadnought 1
84mm x 78mm - dreadnought 2
211mm x 152mm - mission book, etc.
Divide lower section of mission book tray as desired for additional components with:
Maximum wall height 142mm
At least 36 x 64mm for tarantula guns
At least 30mm x 30mm for space marines
