I'd say no spoilers, but keep an eye on my beloved Refit Constitution Class, that had literally no chance in hell on paper.

For those of you saying, "How the #uck was that possible?" The trick is waiting until any enemy ship has it's shields taken down, then you ram the shield generator module on that ship so they never come back up, or at least do not come back until you had an adequate chance to wreak havoc on their critical systems.

Basically "Do what Kirk would do."

*** And yes obviously what both Picard and Janeway have actually had to do at some point...

But technically Janeway doing so, (ramming the time ship) erased a year of hell including the inevitable ramming of the time ship, so does it technically count?

Also if we just get into temporal mechanics for a sec, doesn't that ramming action just paradox itself into oblivion? She wouldn't have rammed them, once they didn't exist in that time line. Granted they had temporal displacement... but once they vanish from the timeline she fails to be a causal factor in their destruction (meaning they couldn't have been destroyed...)

Unless they went back and got a Paris/Janeway lizard offspring, and sent it around the sun at warp 9.993 in the delta flyer and it "Somehow saved some whales we didn't know about?"

Ah well, it was 10,000 times better than Discovery.
