Space Engineers - drones using their own guided missiles in a close combat
Testing auto-launched AutoPillock missiles lead to some spectacular footage. Missiles are implemented as "sub-units" without own PB and antenna and are managed by the main unit. They are launched based on several conditions and chance (WeapBot rolls random check every 5 seconds). Each missile hardpoint is tagged with launch and startup conditions. For example, if it's tagged "[jab]" then the carrier would lob them outwards using its' own acceleration.
