Version 2 of my Mobile Planetary Base concept and this time actually designed with planets around to test it on! Using a dual-wheel crawler style layout this overcomes many of the flaws facing modern ground vehicles. Featuring everything you need in a mobile base platform, room to dock ships internally and externally and with the ability to survive quite a pounding* while still remaining intact and in control. Take your 4 refineries and many assemblers on a wild wiild ride! Those Duke Boys would have had fun with this one..
