Two continues were used at the end (I could never beat this port without using at least one continue).\n\nVery faithful to its arcade counterpart, the Sega Master System port delivers its detailed and large visuals by cheating the effect of rendering multiple large sprites by drawing them as background tiles (at the cost of having transparency issues at the edges of each sprite). Of course, sprite scaling can't be done on the console so the "scaling" appears somewhat choppy.\n\nNonetheless, this home console port captures the spirit of its arcade counterpart through its stellar visuals, catchy soundtrack, and simple but tough gameplay. It is unlike any other home console game or port within its year of release.
