This is by far the hardest trophy in the first DLC, though with a little planning and luck, it shouldn't take too many tries. This trophy can be done solo, but playing in co-op will spawn more zombies, potentially giving you more points. The whole key to this trophy is to maximize points while avoiding going down and dying, as either action will lose points. To open Pack-a-Punch, you will need to activate the power, use all three lunar landers, and then pay the 5,000 points for the upgrade, all before the start of round 8.

Here is a potential strategy for this trophy:
For the first three rounds, stay in the starting room. Use only your pistol and knife. To kill the zombies, use 6 body shots and a knife on round 1, 8 body shots and a knife on round 2, and 2 knives on round 3. On round 3, save one zombie; you may not be able to make a crawler this early due to the zombies having low health.
Open the door next to Quick Revive for 750 points. Past Juggernog will be another door for 1250 points. At the top of the stairs will be one more door that costs 1000 points, which will grant access to the power switch and box. Turn on the power.
Head back down the stairs until you can go outside. From here, go left and open the door for 1250 points. You may have to progress to round 4 to have enough points. Opening this door will give you access to the first lander, and a huge area to run around and train zombies. Buy the MP5 for 1000 points, as it is a good point building weapon that doesn't require use of the random box. Use this lander for 250 points.
Stay in this area and grind points until the end of round 7, when you should leave a crawler. One player will need to have at least 5000 points to upgrade their weapon. You will need 2250 points to open two doors leading to the Stamina-Up lander, and another 250 to use it.
There are a couple paths you can take to the Speed-Cola lander, but both will require you to open two doors for a total of 2500 points, plus the 250 for the lander.
Once all the landers have been used, return to the power room to launch the rocket and gain access to Pack-a-Punch. Go to the rocket's launch pad and upgrade a weapon. If this is all done before starting round 8, you will get the trophy.

This trophy does come down quite a bit to luck, as it can be made easier depending on what power ups drop. Double points and max ammo are extremely useful, while nukes should be avoided unless you only have 1-2 zombies left in the round. Insta-kill should also be avoided as it will rob you of points from damaging zombies.
