I start turning the Deuterium into Deuteron Fuel Rods and Space Warpers. I also have a trickle of space science that I can use, but it's not enough to handle long term research. I also did some misc. housekeeping projects, like automating drones for my logistics system. Other than that, I think I did get a decent amount done.

Dyson Sphere Program is a factory building sim. You play the part of an autonomous being that is collecting resources, especially power, to send back to your collective. The main source of power you will be eventually collecting is from a Dyson Sphere. This real world concept is when a society has such a high energy need that it is most efficient to gather it directly from a star by encasing said star in a sphere of some kind.
