This is my most successful base yet! I think I made it about 3.5 hours before the SHTF. I was able to keep the base going even after that happened, building back up to about 27 citizens. I played the base for an additional 2 hours after a gamecrash ended this video, but couldn't get my population above about 30, and each time I started getting ahead another disaster would happen to wipe me out to 2 or 3 citizens again. The technicians also just wouldn't stay on task, so the base was never repaired... I finally gave up on it, but it was a fun journey!

The game is still very buggy, but when you get a good base like this going it's quite enjoyable. I got it for 50% off, at $12.50, and I'd say it was well worth the cost. I've started about 4 bases after this one, and none of them have made it past 30 minutes, I think mostly because I get my butt handed to me by successive raider attacks in extremely low threat areas... I'm convinced this has to be one of the many bugs that needs to be worked out, but I'm really looking forward to the further development of the game. Development has been slow, but it seems to be consistent, so I'm quite certain that the game will be finished.

It's frustrating at times, and very rogue-like, but you can count me as a supporter.
