I haven't used a gamepad as a controller in a long time, but people have been asking how it is, and my best response was "I haven't tried in a while, but last time I used one it was ok." So I decided it was time to try it out again myself. I must say, I'm amazed!

Obviously, the wheel still works better, as it should, but the Xbox 360 controller works fantastically with the game now. The settings are stock, the only thing I modified were button settings... which are set up pretty much identical to Forza's button settings.

I didn't modify any sensitivity on anything, this is the games stock settings. The game settings are still on pro, the ONLY driving aid I have enabled is automatic clutch. I expected to have to turn a few laps top get a good recording, but surprisingly enough, this was my very first lap recorded with the Xbox controller in months, and it worked out perfectly, way better than the last time I played with it.

So... I still prefer a real wheel, but this game is entirely playable with an Xbox 360 controller.If you're stuck with only a console, fear not! This game is still fun.
