SpaceX's Shiny Stainless Steel Starship VIDEO
New photographs and comments from Elon Musk show that the BFS is now called the Starship and is made of shiny stainless steel rather than high tech carbon composites. Why would a designer switch to a much heavier material for the skin of a rocket?
(To clarify only the upper stage is expected to change, the Super heavy booster is probably still carbon fiber)
