Spammy Enemies In A Tactical Turn-based Roguelike | Conquest Tactics: Realm of Sin Demo Gameplay
Hello everyone! Here we are with another demo gameplay of an upcoming game. This is Conquest Tactics: Realm of Sin, a turn-based tactical roguelike (or roguelite?), where your main objective is to kill all enemies or destroy their flag on a grid of hexes. Notice that the attack and range of the units depend on the symbols they have by their feet, on the corners of their hex, which was not intuitive right from the start (or, to be honest, it would be intuitive if they were easier to see). There was a nice concept of a game here, but it became overwhelming and tedious with the amount of enemies the enemy can play and replay. Also, pretty sure I got a few bugs... Or maybe I just didn't understand something. I recognize I would have done better MAYBE if I would have paid more attention to enemy units' skills, to maybe get rid of the most dangerous ones earlier.
