2Light spar session with a friend of mines from the gym. We kept it to where we only hit the body for lack of head gear. Alot to approve on especially my footwork (flat-footed) and head movement. But, with lots of training and practice comes improvement. Kind of difficult fighting a shorter stocky fighter, I just tried to keep the jab out there and distance.
