This is a low optimization tool-assisted speedrun (LOTAS) of Stage 1, F.M. City
I live-performed this run after ~3.5 hours of attempts with slowed down gameplay via Cheat Engine, then sped up to roughly the game's normal speed. Cheat Engine cannot make savestates, so I ended up with a TAS that is far from perfect. I wanted to do it as a demonstration of the speed possible in this game with good inputs.
