Doing an AAR (After Action Review) is a very important military procedure. These are not meant to pass judgement and criticize the actions of someone. While there may be some judgmental and critical observations, the main objective is to grow from a deeper understanding of the situation. In this AAR, I review and evaluate the clip of three officers responding to a call from some city workers. Were they justified in calling for police response? Did the police respond accordingly? Were the police respectful? I discuss all of these questions and more.
