Spawn Protection Bug Fixed

0Fixed a spawn protection bug where players spawned into each other and couldn't move due to damage being disabled. I'd previously fixed this by reducing damage on all weapons to 0 when spawn protection was enabled, but that was a bit overkill. I went back to the original method of just disabling all damage, unless that damage is caused by a telefrag.
