Spawn Warehouse Stuff - Scrap Mechanic Survival #shorts
Want a water cooler? Use dev mode to import warehouse structures, like crates and the tower, and constructed overworld things, like the scrap village. It's fun to play with! #shorts
To enable dev commands:
1) Go Steam\steamapps\common\Scrap Mechanic\Survival\Scripts\game, double-click on SurvivalGame.lua (you can open this with Notepad)
2) Edit, Find "god"
3) Above this spot put two dashes before the "if" and below this spot, put two dashes before the "end"
4) File, Save
So then it should look like this:
--if self.sv.saved.data and self.sv.saved.data.dev then
g_godMode = true
g_survivalDev = true
--end
LocalBlueprints are located at: C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Scrap Mechanic\Survival\LocalBlueprints
Copy the blueprint name without the .blueprint, open chat (hit enter), type /import, space, and paste the name, hit enter. To unfreeze the build from up high, attach a block and then remove it.
There’s also a brand new mod out that let’s you transfer creations from creative to survival or vice versa, copy survival builds, or destroy builds and get all the mats in a bag. You can check out my previous video for details on that:
