After Walker hops on the radio during the sandstorm to tell Conrad they're coming for him. Walker and company push forward and meet up with a CIA agent named Riggs who agrees to help them in exchange for helping him steal water from the 33rd and leave them to their fate. So things will get more chaotic as they fight through an aquarium and then through the streets on trucks to steal the liquid gold.
