The provocative and compelling Third-Person contemporary military shooter gameplay in Spec Ops: The Line, a brand-new original game from 2K Games, is meant to test players' morals by placing them in the centre of unthinkable circumstances where inconceivable decisions touching human life must be made. Apocalypse Now and Heart of Darkness-styled storytelling, tactical squad-based Delta Force gameplay across a horizontally and vertically oriented world, devastating sandstorms that can be used in battle, a variety of multiplayer modes and maps, and in-depth support with two factions are just a few of the features.
It has been six months since a catastrophic sandstorm erased Dubai off the face of the earth. Many people died, including American troops who were instructed to flee the city. The city is now completely submerged in sand and is the most lavish ruin on earth. A Delta Recon Team is now sent to Dubai to infiltrate the city after a suspicious radio signal is detected there. They have a straightforward task: find survivors and radio for help. They discover a city that is engulfed in conflict. Col. John Konrad, the guy at the centre of Dubai's insanity, must be located in Dubai is to be saved.
