My review of this new standalone game in the Specter Ops Universe published by Plaid Hat Games & designed by Emerson Matsuuchi. Specter Ops: Broken Covenant has a new board, and new agents, hunters, weapons, and cars along with some new mechanisms. You can also mix all of this with the original game, and it comes with updated hunters with re-balanced special abilities.
